The youngest from 2 sisters was born in Balikpapan, Kalimantan on 28th October 1981 from the couple of R. Surbakti SH and S. Br Tarigan. Her Primary School childhood was spent in Balikpapan before she moved to Medan to finish her Primary and Senior High School.

She graduated from the University Catholic Medan majoring in Law with Cum Laude, where she finished her undergraduate degree in 3,5 years. She is an expert professional.

She has handled numerous high caliber cases since 2007, started from her internship at H.M.K Aldian Pinem SH MH, Ali Leonardi SH SE MBA MH & Associates, Bima SH & Partners, Salim Halim SH Law Firm.

She commenced Master from the University Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara Graduate School. Her practice covers a wide spectrum of civil, criminal, and commercial law.
