ROY NOVEN HAROLD SIANTURI, SH is a lawyer who is reliable in handling cases in the criminal field. This is evidenced by his activity at the Human Rights Legal Aid Association (PBHI – SUMUT). He is also the Coordinator of the PBHI-SUMUT Advocacy Division. Roy, who was born in Kotacane on November 29, 1980, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Santo Thomas, Medan.
